FSA PILLARS

FSA works through Four pillars: Football Academy, Future Talent, Community Development and Gender equality.

1.

Football academy

Future Stars Academy’s football academy can be defined as the roots of the organization. Future Stars Academy trains pupils (4yrs – 20 years old) according to its own internationally recognized programme, that improves our pupils’ techniques and tactics on the field, as well as their critical thinking skills, decision-making skills, their ability to work as a team and behavioural skills in a competitive environment.

Community Building

Through our community building activities, Future Stars Academy forms unity within the East African football industry and beyond. Our aim is to strengthen our communities by using football as a tool to touch base on crucial social issues. We operate in all layers of society, and we give special attention to vulnerable youths who are on the verge of social exclusion, including those who are facing a mental or physical disability, financial issues, or obstacles because of their indigenous backgrounds.

Future Talent Program

At Future Stars Academy, we believe that everyone has a unique talent. Our Future Talent Program

prepares young adults for life after Future Stars Academy. In this way, we prevent our youths from getting stuck in the ‘adolescence gap’, by offering them education and career perspective.

Gender equality

Future Stars Academy believes that people of all genders should have equal rights, responsibilities and opportunities and we stand firm against gender discrimination. As gender equality remains a challenge, we work towards educating Future Stars Academy’s girls and young women about gender equality, through football and education
