Founder, Director & Head Coach
Each football team needs a good coach. Loves to be on the field and teach youth important life lessons. You will see him in front of the TV when Liverpool is playing.
As the Founder & Director Alfred Itaeli started the Future Stars Academy in 2009 in response to his desire to give back to his childhood community and to share the personal learning that he had benefited from in his travels through life and football in Tanzania, the USA and the Netherlands. Alfred has had the privilege to receive a football scholarship which brought him to Tampa, Florida (USA) where he lived for 14 years.
Suzan Malisa
Administration & Social Worker
Every team needs someone who takes care of the team: financially and mentally. That is Suzan for us. In her free time she is also playing, not football but with her little daughter.
The FSA administration is run by Suzan Melisa. She is born and raised in the Kilimanjaro are and attend secondary school there. After she obtained her Accountant / Secretary diploma in 2012 she joined the Future Stars Academy in 2013 and holds the position of Administration Officer which makes her responsible for all the financial incomes and expenditures.
Jackson Tunda
Senior Couch& Social Worker
Former FSA junior Coach, now working as full time senior coach. Jackson is also responsible for the all the equipment and training jerseys that are provided by Future Stars Academy.
