Imagine a world where children and youth are bursting with potential but have no place to grow physically or mentally. In Tanzania, the majority of young people face a harsh reality where classrooms overflow with 300+ students and inherently personalized attention is nearly impossible. Physical education is often neglected, and sports facilities are run-down or non-existent. So, where do they go for inspiration and development?

For 15 years, Future Stars Academy has transformed young lives through the beautiful game. More than just football, we build tomorrow’s leaders, nurturing talent both on and off the field. Through football coaching and mentorship, our students develop the confidence, resilience, teamwork, goal-setting and life skills they need to succeed.
We're changing this story!
Despite our success, there has always been one major
challenge: we lack access to dedicated sports fields
and essential facilities like changing rooms,
classrooms, a kitchen and canteen to prepare and to
serve clean drinking water and meals.
Our activities are often interrupted because we rely on
rented or borrowed fields, which can suddenly become
unavailable. But now, after years of persistence, we are
thrilled to announce great news! We’ve secured 8
acres of land in the heart of Arusha, bringing us one
step closer to our dream – building our very own
football fields and a Youth Empowerment Centre. This
space will be more than a sports facility; it will be a
thriving hub for personal growth and community
development for children and young adults.
With this new Centre, we will finally have the
resources to offer young people daily opportunities for
learning, fun, and a brighter future.
